Our company has 3 laboratories with latest equipment. The laboratories provide a permanent quality inspection of rawmaterials and final products as well as a development of new products. All products are subject to an inspection and get a certificate ensuring a high product quality. All final products and rawmaterials used for their production are fully identified. A trial sample of each lot of rawmaterials and final products is kept in our archiv. A microbiological quality is of high importance for foodstuff safety. This is why in our microbiological laboratory, using the latest eqiupment and tests we do check the level of eventual microbiological pollution in rawmaterials and final spice blends. Base on this quality control we can quarantee that our products are safety. Permanet pre-receipt inspection of rawmaterials makes the elimination of maicrobilogical pollution allready before beginning of theit processing possible. In this laboratory we also do check the efficiency of our desinfection messures (microbilogical cleanness of our technological eqiupment and production lines, cleannes of workers and their clothes.) and efficiency of our desinfection and cleanning means. Our second laboratory is laboratory of technology and quality in which physico-chemical analyzis of all spice blends and rawmaterials used for their production is provided. In this laboratory we do als developenew products upon whishes of our customers accordingly to their idividual requirments. Our third laboratory, the microtechnical laboratory, equipped with the all neccessery machines for meat processing play a role of an experimental meat processing plant. This laboratory allows us to produce all kinds of sausages in small dimension. This lab makes it also possible to check the quality of our regular spice blends as well as test the efficiency and effects of new developed products. |
